Our machines are manufactured and supplied by the Homag Group in Germany. The machines all come equipped with ecoPlus technology. ecoPlus encompasses a whole raft of innovations designed to save energy and reduce your operating costs. On top of this, ecoPlus helps to reduce CO2 emissions and so also plays a part in protecting the environment.

When Cutwrights accumulate waste panels i.e. Off Cuts, if the customer doesn’t require them, we input the panels back into our data base. Our automated quoting system then considers these waste panels when quoting customer. The result is potential waste is automatically converted into another customer’s orders. In addition to this Cutwrights also support a number of schools and charities with off cuts and we deliver these free of charge as and when they are required. All unusable off cuts and dust that is created are disposed via our biomass system resulting in heat for the factory during winter months and zero waste going to landfill.
Most of our deliveries are within London and the Home counties. Our 3.5 Tons vans are fuel efficient and the ideal size when delivering to our customers unique trading address that are often tucked away and out of reach of larger HGV type vehicles. We optimise routes considering the shortest route and maximize the load capacity of the vehicles to ensure vans routes are as efficient as possible. As our products are delivered without packing as standard this requires careful handling of the product to ensure no damage occurs, but saves huge quantities of potential packaging.
